Home Inspection

Our Home Inspection covers more than 500 points of inspection, exceeding the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and the InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) standards. It is a visual non-invasive inspection of the following:

  • Structural
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Heating/Cooling Systems
  • Living Areas
  • Fixed Appliances
  • Basement Areas
  • Attic Areas
  • Crawl Spaces
  • Attached Garages (detached garages, sheds, barns, or other out buildings can be added for an additional fee)

Your full color easy to understand Inspection Report will be emailed to you by no later than the close of the next business day! All finding are clearly called out, explained and photographed with recommendations for unsatisfactory and marginal findings; unsatisfactory findings will include budgeting estimates. Reports also include identifying potential safety hazards. A summary of findings at the end of the report makes an easy check list for negotiation when replying to the seller. We strongly recommend that you attend your inspection and encourage you to ask questions! Gene is a good teacher and very knowledgeable, he is happy to answer your questions and will explain how the homes major systems work and give valuable home maintenance and safety tips. He promises to give you, and your prospective new home, the needed time and attention you deserve!
