We contact the listing agent/seller to make and confirm appointments and gain access, we go over everything that's expected of the sellers with them to make sure everything is ready for your appointment, all you need to do is show up! Why attend a home inspection when all the findings are clearly called out, explained and photographed in the inspection report?

The home inspection will be the most time you will have in your new home prior to settlement. You are encouraged to come, follow the Inspector around, see what he sees, and ask him questions. He will throughly explain every aspect of your new home and give you valuable tips on how to maintain each. He's happy to answer any questions that you might have and won't stop until you are completely satisfied that you understand his explanations!
